These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Romars Collection website and any contract for the sale of goods between us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website. Please read them together with our Delivery Information, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.

3. Ordering
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the goods. We will send an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance (usually by dispatch confirmation or explicit acceptance).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example if goods are unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel after payment we will refund you in full.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and form part of the total price.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
5. Delivery
See our Delivery Information page. We will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed unless a longer period has been agreed. Risk passes to you when you (or your nominee) take physical possession of the goods.
6. Your Rights to Cancel and for Faulty Goods
Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. In summary:
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel most distance contracts without reason.
- Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.
7. Our Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
